The one thing many of us at @iron_fitness_singapore dread - the prowler!! Because we are having our 1RM soon, weights were dropped to 30kg for women and 50kg for men, 3 X 200m only. Coach issued me a challenge to use the men's weight for my last set and to set a time faster than Jon. If Jon doesn't beat the time I set, he goes for an extra set. I just ran and ran, and clocked 1:07 for 50kg across 200m.. Heart rate hit 180 bpm and my legs turned jelly instantly!
